We ship all orders using UPS Ground shipping. All order will require a signature at the time of delivery to protect against theft. You will receive a shipping notice once your order has shipped from us, or if you purchased through a dealer, from your dealer.

Please note: Overnight shipping only applies to how long it takes your monitors (earphones) to reach you once they have shipped, it will not expedite the build process, and does not apply to the shipping of FitKits.

You can always use your UE in-ear monitors as high-end headphones. We also have an optional auxiliary cable with a mic so that you can use your UE’s with your phone, as well as a Bluetooth cable for wireless listening.

We do not recommend using just one if you have a stereo pair. You should always use both. UE makes a monitor that is built for acoustic performances and other similar needs. The UE Single Sided Stereo In-Ear may be just what you are looking for.
