Fit Adjustments Are Normal!

If your in-ear monitors (IEMs) don’t feel quite right, don’t worry. Fit adjustments are a normal part of the process. At UE Pro, we offer complimentary fit adjustments within 90 days of receiving your order. Ensuring a proper seal helps protect your ears and enhances your ability to listen, mix, or perform with confidence.

Turnaround Time & Rush Service

Standard turnaround: 10 business days from arrival at our lab

Rush service: 5 business days for an additional $99, subject to availability

In-Warranty Fit Adjustment Instructions

1. Check warranty eligibility: Contact support here

2. If eligible, you’ll receive a code to waive adjustment fees

3. Complete the Fit Adjustment Form

4. Ship your IEMs to:

You’ll receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your package’s arrival, along with an estimated completion date.

Out-of-Warranty Adjustments

If you're outside the 90-day window, please proceed to submit a fit adjustment order. A $199 service fee applies for out-of-warranty fit adjustments. Please ship to the address above.
