To avoid potentially losing your tight seal while you're moving around around we add more material to the aperture to make the fit tighter. If you are still having difficulty, we recommend the Comply Strips. Adding these small sticky foam wraps around the canal is guaranteed to tighten up the seal.

Ultimate Ears manufactures in-ear monitors only. If used in a live performance setting, there may be additional equipment necessary (i.e. wireless transmitter/receiver). All monitors ship with cable/s that terminate in a 3.5 mm jack and can connect to any device using a 3.5 mm connection.

We do our best to provide a perfect fit, but sometimes a fit adjustment is needed.
